Brett Pierce is the Owner of Pierce Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, Board Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT, and movement specialist.  Brett graduated from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ and began his professional career in Meridian, ID shortly after. He is very passionate about what he does and loves helping people feel better, move better, and perform at their highest potential.  As an athlete himself, he uses an integrated approach to physical therapy, fitness, performance, and sports medicine.  He is a firm believer in you must practice what you preach, which is what motivates and drives him to live a healthy, active lifestyle and to be an example for all of his patients.  He takes time to listen, assess, and educate all patients on diagnosis and prognosis for a given condition.  His ongoing commitment to both patients and the Physical Therapy profession is to consistently learn and grow in order to provide the highest, most evidence-based level of care for those whom he is privileged to treat.

When not treating patients, you can find him spending time with his family,  exercising, playing sports, or enjoying the great outdoors.

Kaitlin Hornick PT, DPT, ISST, Cert. DN

Kaitlin graduated from St. Louis University in 2016 with her Doctor of Physical therapy and has a passion for knee, neck, and complex spinal conditions. She has a special interest in movement pattern analysis and incorporates it into her evaluation and treatments to help patients learn more functional and pain free ways to move in both daily life, and during sport/higher-level recreational activities. Kaitlin’s interest in outpatient orthopedics stems from her experience as an athlete, having had both acute trauma and overuse injuries. She generally uses multimodal techniques for treatment, including a combination of manual therapy; therapeutic interventions and retraining abnormal movement patterns, which occur after injury, trauma, or surgical interventions.

Kaitlin has a unique history in wound care and recently has completed an extensive certification as a Schroth Therapist, ISST, to be able to better treat and manage patients who have underlying scoliosis which may be contributing to their current condition as well as treatment of curve prevention in adolescent scoliosis. When she is not treating in the clinic you can find Kaitlin on long-distance backpacking trips, working cattle/ranching, and country swing dancing around the Treasure Valley.
